Topic: Aged Sumatra Lintong trade? (3 msgs / 61 lines)

I have about 1 pound of the above coffee left that I find I just do not
like. It has a dusty flavor that I find not to my liking no matter how I
roast it or brew it. Would anyone care to trade pound for pound? Make me
an offer. I have a general leaning toward indonesians and africans (I
would LOVE some Uganda Budadiri if anyone has hoarded any).

Hey John I will check my stash of coffee tomorrow and see if I can find that
Uganda Budadiri I think I may have some.

Thanks Ron.
One other interesting thing about this coffee. Yesterday I dialed in the
Dulce Brazil. Curious, I moved onto the Aged Lintong. Virtually nothing I
could do would give me a shot of less than 4 oz in more than 12
seconds. When I finally realized I wouldn't like a good shot I gave up as
I was up to like 6-8 shots. The burrs on my Zass were pretty well rubbing,
a 1/4 tighter than "usual", I had increased my dose from 12g to 15g and was
really tamping hard (50# over my normal 15-20). It was like this stuff
just did not want to mesh together under pressure. Very weird.
