Time to chime in again :)
I have been getting ahead on my coffee roasting and I thought some of my
coffee was getting too old. I was even going to throw it out, except a
friend who does this toddy drip cold thing asked if he could have it! I
mixed and ground up everything I had (less than a pound) and willingly
gave it to him. He was very pleased with the result.
I too have tried coffee from this process, it is dull and bland, but it
is okay to strengthen coffee that may have been blended too weak.
Oh my, I am thinking again like I did before home roasting.
Geesh, I even used to add instant coffee to make weak coffee stronger!
Yuck!
