Michael,
Could you make that 2 pounds? I own a HotTop and so, never
roast less than 10.6+ ounces at a time (a pound would leave me with less
than 6 ounces to put in the Hot Top! But two would divide in quite nicely..
;>)
Thanks,
--Ted
(ps, if you do offer two - you MAY put my name in the bowl. meow :>)

Well, I won a set of cups, so it is my turn again. I am offering a
pound of coffee, unroasted, and purchased from our hosts. I don't know
what it will be, but I will try for something interesting. I will let
my cats pick from the hat (ok, it really is a bowl) Sunday after lunch.
Figure I will cut off at noon (eastern time) on Sunday. If you really
want to win I advise somehow putting tuna juice on your email.
Michael

+new tradition /MichaelTed: I just got my new Hot Top. Your roast size =
is ideal since it divides so nicely into the two pound packs from SM.
Now would you give me some information on your roast profiles.
Are you dumping manually
What temperature setting are you using
What do you normally roast to? Full City etc.
With this load, time to first crack and total time
Thanks for your help
