Les, thanks for the advice.  I ordered quite a bit of the New Bugisu.  I've 
roasted it to City and a City Plus.  Just finished doing a Full City Plus.

This is my favorite variety.  I roast it from a cinnamon to a Vienna Roast.  
It is an amazing bean with an outstanding range of flavors based on the roast. 
 Don't be afraid to go lighter, just make sure you give it at least a 48 hour 
rest.  In the light roasts you get a milk chocolate flavor.
