Topic: Timor Maubesse tasting (23 lines)

I'm impressed with this overall smooth cup.  I roasted it to City+ in a
popper with a long (13 minute) profile.  First hit is butter, with a
woody/mushroom taste.  In the middle is something it took me a long
time to put my finger on -- green beans!  Call me crazy, but there's
this taste that is exactly like green beans in a three-bean salad.  The
vinegar/sugar taste is definitely there.  Finish is smooth like castor
oil.  Body is medium-heavy since I did a lighter roast.
Did anyone else get the green bean and three-bean salad taste???  Am I
nuts?
