Jeff thank you so very much. It, ironic I am a complete newbie. My Z&D =
roaster just arrived and I just finished my first batch. I am waiting =
for my wife to get home to brew up our first pot full. I know I should =
wait 24 hours. Will do so on the next batch. Incidentally on Tom's =
review of the Z&D he showed a photo of a lot of chaff not extracted from =
the beans. They must have improved the chaff collector on this new =
model. There was virtually no chaff mixed with the beans. 
Since Bali is out of stock we can try Papua New Guinea-Ankora estate AA =
or Uganda Bugisu. Just going by the group and Tom's =
