I've been playing with a hot air popper during the 12
months (out of 15) that my Rosto has been broken. The
one thing that's a pain about the popper is cooling
the beans off, but I think I found a cool solution. I
dumped the beans into an Oxo salad spinner and cranked
it up. Every 15 seconds or so, I'd pop the lid to let
the steam out. The beans were cool within 2 minutes,
which is faster than even the Rosto cooling cycle.
I'm not sure if this has been tried before, but I
thought I'd kick it out.
