This is the only useful thing that popped up on a websearch, Gilbert. I
hope it is a helpful addition to any specific advice that more experienced
listers might have for you.http://www.greenspun.com/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg.tcl?msg_id1z3iGene Smith

1) if I could get a replacement
two-cup basket for the filter for this machine;
try the manufacturers website at:http://www.olympia-express.ch/default.htm2) how I can access a
guide to making quality espresso;
Try our host's espresso pages at:http://www.sweetmarias.com/espresso-general1.html3) what might have deteriorated in the
machine itself, if indeed that is part of the problem?
It may be as simple as the machine needs a good cleaning or
improper technique. Other common issues are temperature and
pressure.
Feel free to try it and post your results here I am sure that
someone will help.
