Topic: Oh, that's a Cafe Crema (18 lines)

I was in the middle of grinding a morning espresso when I noticed I had 
forgot to reset my grinder (Zass) from the drip setting to my espresso area 
mark.  I add an extra 3g of coffee (going by gestalt here), Oh well, I 
thought, I'll just give an extra hard tamp and see what I get (thinking it 
might get a Crema).  Wow.  That is exactly what I got.  A 21g 5 oz pull 
with this most amazing flavor and crema.  I had to have done it right (at 
least for me) as I figured I would need my "normal" milk as it was not an 
espresso or ristretto, and I adulterate my drip coffee, but I did not.  It 
was fantastic.
