Topic: New chaff collector... (17 msgs / 306 lines)
1) From: Jim Campbell
I have found a new, organic, inexpensive and plentiful
method of chaff collection.
While experimenting with popcorn popper roasting, I
ended up with chaff in my hair.
Can anyone recommend a good chaff shampoo?

I would suggest either an almond milk-based shampoo
or else a lemon milk-based shampoo depending on your
tastes if you like adulterated shampoos. The avocado
milk-based shampoo sounds pretty gross to me.. :P
You might even try steaming the shampoo a little bit
before using it which should help remove more chaff.

Thanks for the Petco tip. I was also finally able to
get that flea powder to stop the itching and a new dog
bowel for heat gun roasting.
Turns out the answer to my dilemma was not found in a
shampoo, but rather, preventative measures.
I now wear a shower cap while I roast.

I gotta say, Jim, I've heard of some weird coffee roasting
arrangements...but a dog bowel...now that's original!

What? You mean there's more than one person roasting coffee in a dog's
bowel? Doesn't it annoy the dog?

ROTFL.
No, I use the dog bowel for roasting and brew in my
French Poodle Press.
Take that!
