Well I just don't know what to play with first! I feel like it's Christmas! Just got back from Toledo with some new toys. I traded that piece of ice cream equipment that I had for a used Nuova Simonelli RR45 grinder! I also got a Sunbeam Coffeemaster Model C 20 B vac pot, and my sister bought me a press pot for my birthday! Talk to you in a bit! Sue

Sounds like you'll be up all night, Sue!

Congrats on the new stuff!

Thanks! I could even get away with decaf tonight! The excitement of my new toys would replace any caffeine I might otherwise need!

Sue, you will love the Rossi. If I might suggest that you (strongly)
consider replacing the burrs if it is a used grinder. I always do (three
mazzer super jollys, two mazzer majors, one mahlkoenig kenia and, yes, one
rossi rr45, my first commercial espresso grinder) and it makes a marked
difference in the grind quality and the coffee. An easy job, takes few
tools and isn't even that messy.
Congrats!
Ted
