I would prefer to use it in caps only My next roast in the Hot Top after heeding Tom's suggestions, was a = Vienna or light Vienna. I let it rest the 36 hours he recommends, ground = it four notches toward coarse in the Mazzer and WOW! What a difference! As a straight espresso and cappuccino, the shots were superb. No bite, smooth finish, and outstanding flavor. Now as to the resting---- Just smell the roasted beans after roasting and again after two days of = rest. What a difference! So I had to amend my coffee notes to say, A reorder for sure!
