This Panama Jaramillo is a very unique coffee. I thought my original light
full city and 96 hrs. rest time was way off base after cupping at 48 hrs.
Today at 84 hrs. it has blossomed into its own. It has developed a really
mellow body, and PNG like fruitiness.
I am beginning to really like this coffee. I will cup it one more (just
enough for one more session) tonight at 96 hrs.

Ron,
You have more discipline than I! Thanks for the great report. Looking forward to the 96 hr report. I may have to roast and forget the next round for a few days. My 54 hr cup was not near as good as 36 and 48 hr. So, from what I am seeing this coffee must come back in a special way 3-4 days post roast.

Thanks Ron! I am going to roast up my second third of this unique coffee tonight. I will then forget about it until Tuesday! I sure hope Tom's rumor that there may be more coming is true!
