What a beautiful morning in Waxhaw. NC. The temperature is 58 degrees, 87%
humidity, 6 mph winds from the NNE.
I'm on my way to the garage to fire up my BBQ and roast about 6 pounds of
coffee. I think I'll roast three pounds Sumatra and 3 ponds Colombian.

Nice here a few miles south in Anderson SC. I will be roasting some =
coffee today also. Just got an Exobar Office Pulsar and need some =
espresso blend.
Mazzer Mini and the Pulsar should be a great combination.
Thanks Les for all your help.

Ugly, windy, rainy day here in Juno Beach, Florida. Got back from securing
some other households from the elements and found the remainder of the
week's roast... ground. Seems as though this was part of our hurricane
preparedness. I must admit that grinding with a mortar and pestle last
time there was no power was a great effort.
Looking forward to the next batch of fresh roasted, fresh ground coffee.
