Topic: Airpots and Thermos (3 msgs / 95 lines)

Yep, pretty much the same here. The worst that's ever come out of my 16 oz Thermos bottle, even at 2 p.m. or so is infinitely better than the office swill. Of course, if I was at home and had some rested beans to grind....
I did think that the steel-lined thermos was a bit metallic for the first couple of days. Maybe it's been properly broken in, or maybe I've gotten used to it, but it seems fine now.

Does anyone here have experience with Airpots or Thermoses in regards
to coffee quality?
If infact some airpots will keep temperature for
long periods of time (Tom's Zorjirushi airpot will hold to 154 for 10  
hours).
How long is the coffee drinkable? I guess, knowing you guys, that I'll  
state that the
coffee indeed is starting out drinkable and hot.
