Started the day with an Americano of Yirg I wokked yesterday. While drinking
it whipped up a batch of almond biscotti, just now FINALLY out of the final
oven bake. (The smell wafting through the house woke Debi up! Main bake,
slice 'em then short bake, turn over and another short bake). Quite delish
with a TKC&TC Kona Americano! (no, didn't try to make them into Tim Tam Slam
like straws:-) If you haven't tried making biscotti to go with your coffee I
highly recommend it! Not like those hard as bricks stuff out there:-) Nice
firm yet moist crunch. I use the very good recipe from Randy G's FRCN
Espresso site:http://www.quiknet.com/~frcn/Coffee/Biscotti.htmlTakes about 1&1/2 hrs total time from start to munch...
FWIW, Debi's taken them to work and shared. People raved. Bet you can't eat
just one! Think I'll go get another:-)

Another delicious sounding recipe. I was thinking some of your coffee
syrup would have gone nicely with the pumpkin milkshake I made last
night.
I'm also planning to try your coffee chocolate candies soon. Is a
stainless bowl on top of the lower pot of water an adequate substitue
for a double boiler?
