Ok Gang! I just talked to Tom and I have permission to make the
following post. If you could help them out it would be great!
"Elizabeth, Alfred's wife, would like to sell his outfit. They have
need of immediate cash. He has a like new package consisting of a
Hottop, EMC Giotto Premium, Mazzer Minni, Variac, and an assortment of
goodies and greens. She want to sell it as a lump package and not
piece by piece for $2,000.00. Anyone interested can contact her off
list at elizabethzs

We have a buyer! I want to thank all who have responded. I had one
person say they would bail Alfred and Elizabeth out and resell the
items! What a group! Our sponsor Tom was so concerned that Elizabeth
get help he called me personally and hit all my emails to make sure
this was covered. I called him back from work and he took time out
from unloading a shipment to talk to me about Alfred and Elizabeth.
We are a fortunate group of people to have a man (and women Maria is
cut from the same stock!) of such integrity and compassion looking out
for our coffee needs. On behalf of Alfred and Elizabeth, I want to
thank you all! Tom went the extra 100 miles. The latest word from
Elizabeth is that Alfred is unresponsive now.

When it rains, it pours...A very nice fellow on another list I belong to
(windcontrollers), passed yesterday after a long bout with heart disease....
Kinda makes you stop and think...which I really don't wanna do..

I am going to see Alfred tomorrow. My work takes me within 24 miles
of his place.
Sometimes setting ones own schedule can be advantageous.
