Topic: Thank you Harvey (5 msgs / 78 lines)
1) From: Jared Andersson
My sweetmarias order was shipped, February 15, 2005
From the US Post office Site:
"Your item was delivered at 10:50 am on February 17, 2005 in CHANHASSEN, MN."
Thats two days to get my greens instead of 7 to even 10 at times.
Yippee. I hope sitting on my front step for 5 hours in 18 degree
weather until I can get home will not matter. Thanks again Tom for
trying this Harvey thing out. So far it has been great for me. Jared

What can be so maddening with FedEx and UPS is that their tracking for
some "ground" shipments shows them to be in the nearest delivery
jumping off place to Snyder (Abiliene or Lubbock) and they will sit
there for 2-3 days waiting for the "ground" delivery time frame to
expire so that it ISN'T delivered early!

I am a little worried that my UPS guy will drive by my house, see the
USPS package and realize I am cheating on him. Jared

Ditto. I have one now that's sitting in San Pablo, CA since Monday. I'm
on the east coast. Its 'On Time' for a 2/21 delivery. Hasn't moved in 64
I'll have to try Harvey on my 3rd order.

Maybe it will speed brown up a bit! I ordered a "Harvey" package
Tuesday night and it was delivered (Northern Michigan) Friday
afternoon!!! I am just thrilled! Thanks for trying this Tom and Maria!
It's kind of funny that you call it Harvey. I have a great uncle named
Harvey, he's anything but quick! I think of him every time I think of
this new shipping option!
