Drinking an Americano from my second roast batch. Every bit as good as the 
first. Excellent example of what Kona is all about. FWIW my first roast was 
greens from the actual lot submitted for the Kona Cupping Competition, the 
second batch from a later picking. Haven't done batches of both at the same 
time to compare cup to cup and likely won't since only started with 5# of 
each, but may.
One thing I found interesting was if getting greens directly from Roger he 
marked the bag with the picking, parchment and milling dates. The 
competition lot was picked September 3rd while the later picked greens I 
rec'd direct November 1st. Don't know the picking date of what Tom received 
and offered. Don't know if Tom will include that info in his review but 
might be cool to know. But then, they ran out before he had time to write a 
review anyway! (But SM website says more coming so if you missed out on 
Tom's first lot be sure and order some of the next, it really is VERY good 
Kona.)
