I have been trying to send a copy of a comparison of fruitcakes that was =
done by Cook's Illustrated, but every time I try, my ISP identifies it =
as spam and refuses to send it.  I am sending this to see if it gets =
through.  If I receive it back from the list I will know that I am not =
being totally blocked and there is something about that particular item =
that it does not like.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

About the copyright laws, I do not know. I would copy the URL of "a
comparison of fruitcakes that was done by Cook's Illustrated..." to the
message you're sending.
That way, you won't be sending a large file size through the List.
