Topic: Using tiny roasters when you get a big roaster (16 lines)

I am roasting on a RK drum behind the store(a small rural village!) for 
our coffee shop and roast coffee business, however my wife, the 
proprietor and CEO, still uses two HotTops (under a hood) at the 
serving counter for atmosphere, and as a conversation starter.  When 
customers see all the bags of roast coffee vs. the two little roasters, 
they must think she roasts around the clock!
