Ok, a mocha is a large quantity of mostly milk like 8oz or so, chocolate and
a single shot. (Latte strength) So what is a triple (TKC&C Kona) 2oz shot
with a heaping tablespoon Ghiraredeli white chocolate powder stirred in
topped with 4oz silky frothed milk which is strong Cap size? Other than a
before dinner dessert very YUMMY white choco Kona Cap' I don't know what to
call it that's what! You'd never dream of putting whipped cream on one of
these, totally ruin it! (I'm getting better at steaming BTW, no more of that
really stiff stuff. What a difference!)
If it ever get hot around here again even picked up a martini shaker
yesterday to start playing with iced espresso drinks. (iced, not blenderized
espresso shakes, they a whole different thing;-)
Come to think of it my chilled and bottled white chocolate Kona mocha I've
been making for years isn't either, use way too much espresso:-)
Now off to build a Traeger smoked pizza;-)
