Hi, Bob - how do you like the new TV - I just brewed up some of the Panama=

Geisha from earlier this summer - really good. I think I'm developing a rea=
l
love for the Panamas.

Tara ... got it up and running. The first brew was so ... so! I think =
it's just a matter of getting the grind right and the right coffee. It =
is definitely an improvement over the conventional maker .... that is in =
the yard sale for this weekend. We are trying to get rid of the items we =
don't want to take to Florida ... amazing how much junk one can =
accumulate over the years. A side from that ... I will be giving it =
another go here and see if I can improve on the process ... the Swiss =
gold filter works great ... What do you grind at for the TV and do you =
find any special coffee of blend that works best in the TV ... thanks =
for asking .... Later, Bob

Bob - I had the Panama and really liked it - not so much when it cooled
down. There was a thread a while ago about letting coffee cool some before=

drinking it. I still like mine really hot, though. I'm going to try some of=

the new Uganda - it was great this weekend in a Chemex brewer. I love Harar=

Horse brewed any way possible, so you might try that (assuming you like the=

Horse!).

Tara ... I have some of the horse coming. Looking forward to trying it. =
I have really fell for this Yellow Bourbon. Hits the spot for shots ... =
I have a list of items coming to get busy on before I leave for Florida =
.. plus I will start to work on a bigger roaster once I get back to my =
shop down there. As far as cold coffee ..well .. if you ever worked in =
an office for a living you have learned to like cold coffee. I don't =
think I ever finished a cup of coffee warm at work. Of course those days =
are over and I tend to like it cooler than real hot. I remember stopping =
at Krispy Kream once and picked up a coffee and it about burned my mouth =
and all of its parts .... that was a bad session. I thought that only =
happened at Mickey D's. I'll keep ya posted once we get it under control =
.. will work at it tomorrow. Thanks for the note, Later, Bob
