Had my first cup this morning, about 14 hours after roast. I roasted about
15 seconds into 2nd crack. At first I didn't think I liked it. I love
Sumatra, Sulawesi, Yemen Mohka Mattari, even some Brazils.  This had the
'other' flavors some of you probably call fruity? At any rate, what a
phenominal after taste! I'm glad I got to try it. Looking at Tom's web page
it appears I got one of the last pounds. Lucky me!

Just give it a couple more days of rest...you're in for a real treat.  I
found it to be much better on the 3rd day than the next morning (about 12
hrs rest).  Just finished up my first batch today and will be saving the
rest of my green for a day when I need another treat.  It's too bad (taste
wise) that there's so little of it and probably good (pocketbook wise) that
there isn't any more.
