My first submission to this list. What a great resource for all of us.
If any of you feel compelled to buy green from anyone other than Sweet =
Marias, steer clear of the afore mentioned .com. I ordered from them =
before I tried Sweet Marias. 30 days later I do not have my order and I =
have been charged on my credit card. After 22 e-mails and 5 phone calls =
I should receive my coffee on the 20th. I would have cancelled but they =
have some Kauai Estate that I am looking forward to trying. I fell in =
love with this varietal when I used to by fresh roasted from Ellis =
Ragland at FCN. com, which has now changed ownership and does not roast =
to my liking. I hope Sweet Marias will have some soon.
I am looking to buy exclusively from Sweet Marias hence forth as they =
took my order and delivered flawlessly along with the fact that they =
host this invaluable listing and have a great website with the best =
information available. I have been roasting for a few weeks now and I am =
hooked!!! First batch tasted better than anything I have had anywhere. =
It is amazing how the flavor improves as the beans rest.
Thank You Sweet Marias.

Don't hold your breath for quality Kauai Estate coffee. I got a couple of
pounds when I was there on vacation last January. It's turned into my own
private Ugh coffee collection. Just plain ol' lousy stuff.

This is exciting! Today is my first contribution to the homeroast
Before I ever ordered from Sweet Maria's, I ordered 20 one pound packages of
green coffee beans from another company's web site. The coffee wasn't that
bad but I have been using it to get to my good friends who keep asking me
for roasted coffee. I finally ran out just the other day. Although I have
just started ordering from SM, it's obvious to my wife and I the much higher
quality. I just took a chance a few weeks ago and ordered 20 pounds of the
El Salvador Cup of Excellence - El Pacamaral. It feels like we hit the
jackpot. Wow! What a great coffee! I also ordered 20 pounds of SM's East
African blend. While it's wonderful, it takes a back seat (at least
according to us) to be El Salvador Cup of Excellence - El Pacamaral. This
is really a neat hobby. I use the Jack and Dani's roaster And Use the
Techvorm Automatic Drip coffee maker.
Thanks

Austin, TX. His guitars are among the most sought-after on the market
today (played by Lyle Lovett and Joni Mitchell), supplanting Martin
among the top conoisseurs' axes. (I can't afford one--just Martins,
Taylors, & Gibsons).
