Was going to make a couple Americanos = for Debi & I but only enough Moki's Farm left for one double shot, was going = to mix with Kowali Blue Mountain XF Kona but only enough for half a double = so topped Rocky off further with Kube's Kona. Making a 2:1:1 ratioed = Moki's, KBM, Kube's. Moki's & KBM 6 day rest, Kube's just coming ready 3 day. = FWIW all roasted same profile 11min City+ about 10°f before 2nd, 3&1/2 min = cold to start of tan (300°f)followed by 4min 25°f per min ramp to start = of 1st 3&1/2min start of 1st to end of roast. I had a similar experience this AM. I found some Mexican Oaxaca Hildalgo at the bottom of the stash. Roasted to City and rested 2 days. I forgot how good this stuff was. It was a nice smooth refreshing cup! Not a Wow, but a very wonderful cup! I thought about Oaxaca Charlie as I drank the cup! Wish I could see you more than once a year dude!
