Major Cary,
When you get in the position to accept coffee, please let us know when and
where to ship to. Anything else that you see you need, let us know as
well. I always send homeroasted coffee overseas when I work with them on a
project. As a DOD contractor we deal with people scattered all over the
region and we try to adopt a serviceman or a group of servicemen and women.
So anything that will help make your stay over there more pleasant we will
send. My neice and nephew also get into the act and send candy and chips
and dips upon request, they even add a dvd or two on occasion.

I requested that co-workers send cigars as we are so close to Oceanside and have many of our miltary men away. A friend told me she went onto www.mrbundles.com. They will ship at n/c.
Major Cary, what type of smokes would be you Christmas wish, I went onto mrbundles site, seems like easy shipment. Linda/Cardiff (north of San Diego)

Personally - I am set for cigars...working a 12 hour shift at night has
somewhat killed my social life compared to Fallujah! I have more then I
will most likely consume here with me, and have somewhat of a mania
about collecting them - with about 1000 at home. (I see coffee becoming
an issue when I get home!)
I would love to see any/all cigars go to the Marines in Fallujah - it
was a TOUGH week for the Marines from 2/7...10 Marines from one small
community had to hurt. I watched it develop from the relative safety of
the Al Faw palace and it really had me down, I can only imagine what my
brothers in Fallujah were/are going through....
Mike Banks (aka Uncle Mikey/Mr. Bundles) is actually a personal friend
of mine from when I was living in South Florida and he has been a GREAT
supporter of me and the folks serving with me. This is my 2nd
deployment to this theater in a year and both times he has gone over the
top sending smokes to us. He eats the shipping for any cigars sent to
folks here, and sells the cigars just above his cost - he is awesome.
Thanks for caring, but please look to my other Marines - I am
comfortable, safe and warm here - they aren't.
