One of the first things that crossed my mind while setting up the Bricoletta
was how great it'd look with the big steam & water knobs and leverette
handle Thorized (is that a word?-), and PF handle too of course. BTW, the
Rancilio pro PFs I have work perfect in the Bric' (a single spout & naked),
haven't even used either of the PFs that came with the Bric'. So if you do
stop by in June with your Koa handled Rancilio PF in hand hold on to it
tight!-)
I've seen pics of a couple completely Thorized Olympia Creminas, gorgeous!
(couldn't find any pics of 'em on Les's site, here's one on HB:http://www.home-barista.com/forums/viewtopic.php?tą7If I decide to keep the Bricoletta long term I'll definitely do it. (versus
later going to a rotary dual boiler machine, will depend on the results of
the "Monster Bricoletta" project.)

Mike Les made me a Koa tamper and PF handle you will love them.
Congratulations on the new Bric. Hope to be in Portland in June. Would love
to see your set up.

Mike,
I am way behind! Brewed an extra pot of coffee today. I had some very fin=
e
shots of Panama - Bugisu - Brazil 141 blend today. I am not sure of the
ratio. Bugisu Brazil were left over and mixed enough Panama for 5 shots. =
I
had an awesome Krups Moka Pot of Blue Mt. Kona this afternoon.
Thanks for pointing out the picture. I hadn't seen that one yet. So has
Chris stopped carrying the Bricoletta? I couldn't find it on his site. Th=
e
new rotary Quick Mill looks great! We sure are getting some nice new
equipment.

Yes, Chris isn't carrying the Bricoletta anymore, Jim is now. I actually
prefer the looks of the Bricoletta over the Vetrano, but the Vetrano was
designed by Chris to address some of the minor concerns with the Bric'. Two
big ones that might have deterred people from the Bric' are not requiring
20A service and having drip tray optionally drained. Plus added brew
pressure gauge, definitely nice but not a requirement for the shot itself
(since I already have PF gauge so can adjust). Few other differences...
