Allrighty! It's January, so it's time.
I have several replies from before, feel free to respond again, and I'll
sort them all.
Here's how it'll work..
1) Submit your name/email to enter.
2) I'll create a list of swappers, and send the info to those entered.
3) Exchange shipping information, brewing info, etc with your new
friend.
3) This weekend or next weekend(you and your buddy can decide) Roast
some coffee and send about 8oz to your fellow homeroaster.
If you WANT to trade coffee with more than one person, tell me!
You'll need to send 8oz to each one...
Once you get your new coffee to try, make sure you share opinions and
commentary with everybody!
DEADLINE TO ENTER IS FRIDAY, January 6th by 1pm CENTRAL time.
Will

participating)....

Unless you can hook me up with a roasting buddy willing to
do it on the weekend of Jan 21st, I will have to bow out.
My unpredictable travel schedule has reared it's ugly head
once again :-(

That's fine with me (assuming Will is OK with pairing us together).
I will be out of touch (phone, email, etc.) after tomorrow morning, until
sometime on the 19th or 20th. I'm going 'completely off the grid' to a
rainforest in Costa Rica (Corcovado) for almost two weeks.
I'll email you and Will when I return to finalize the roast date.
