Hi all - trying to catch up around here but must stop now - heading
off to panama, then nicaragua, then el salvador in the morning. Going
to visit Carlos at Finca Carmen to look at the harvest of our 1700
meter + coffee, and visit the Geisha trees at Finca Esmeralda.
Anyway, I am trying to get some new arrivals posted tonight (Aged
Sumatra - VERY aged, very smokey - new estate Robustas, new Kona
arrivals!).
Anyone looking for a roaster in Montana, there is a 12 k San
Franciscan w/ afterburner. email jim . I don't
know a thing about it, but they are sturdy machines.

Have a great trip and say Hi to the lovely Geishas!
PS Looking forward to two out of three of the mentioned new arrivals.
Side note on the one I'm not interested in. Was giving Miss Silvia a bench
check since hadn't pulled any shots in over a month and had just replaced
the group gasket. Had some vac frozen espresso blend someone had brought
over that was 25% Robusta (the Robusta Tom said could use as high as 25%) I
just don't even care for the smell of the shots with Robusta. By the sixth
or so pull the smell was almost nauseating. Guess I'm just an Arabica
snob!-)
