I'm about to go off the deep end here, and am trying to decide between the
Diedrich Home Roaster, the Ambex YM-2, and the Probatino.
Would greatly appreciate your opinions!
Thanks,

Donn,
I happened to have just received some info from Diedrich toady on the
HR. I could pass it on to you off-list. I also have a link to the HR
discussion on CoffeeGeek if you're interested.
I have no experience with these, but am interested in what others will say.

Before making your final decision suggest also consider the US Roaster Corp
and San Franciscans.

Donn,http://bbs.stoneworks.com/rgbbs/index.php,the Roasters Guild public BB may
have some opinions in this arena.
Personally, if/when I take the plunge, it would be for a 5 pounder at least.
Right now, however, the RK Drum is doing fine.
Respectfully
