Topic: the size of the bean (24 lines)
1) From: susan oppenheim
I was thinking how tiny and perfect the Tanzanian Peaberry is.Wondering
about those skilled hands stripping the fruit and drying those little gems
in hot sunny dry climes
as well as the yirgacheffe...the bean that would fall through the alpenroast
holes so often.
and the quite fat yellowish monsoon malabar-in my experience the largest
bean i have encountered
perhaps already rain soaked once by nature
on the rare and honoured occasions i have had ISH or Kona they were so
pretty-roasted easily with a lovely clear split of defining white line down
the centre and they shone in proud tanned brilliance
anyone want to add to my thread...
