Topic: The worst thing about homeroasting... (15 lines)

I just got my Costa Rican La Minita Tarrazu, Kona -Kowali Blue Mountain & Panama Finca Maunier
greens. Promptly roasted 1/4# of each. Now the "hard part": waiting 'till atleast tomorrow evening
to try any of them! Really should wait longer, two days seems about the minimum to fully develop
flavors, three even better as a rule.
Chose to"settle" for an after work cup of Kona PurpleMountain. It's sure tough having all these
great coffees! (Had Sumatra Lintong this morning...)
