It is good that home roasting is getting more exposure. And no business is more deserving than Sweet Marias.

Fortifying the personal stock is a good idea. I may need Harvey to pick up my next order. Everybody repeat after me "You don't want to start with the Harrar Horse Lot 30. The Yirgachaffe roasts much better." :')

I could not agree more. Tom and Maria have done more for the homeroaster then any other group, sellers, who ever's out there in homeroasterland...
They deserve every mention they get and hopefully with more awarness and more folks homeroasting they will.
WOW to Maria and Tom.

Sweet Marias was talked about in the Syndicated Column by Mary Hunt
"The Everyday Cheapskate." The title of the article was "Saving
dough on a perfect cup o' Joe." Someone asked Mary about a gift of a
coffee machine from Starbucks. She ended her answer by saying, "Or
she might enjoy learning a new hobby --home roasting her own coffee
beans. (See www.sweetmarias.com to learn how easy it is to home-roast
green coffee beans.) I took this up as a way to save money but have
found it to be even more than that: It's fun and extremely gratifying.
There's nothing like a cup of coffee made from freshly roasted coffee
beans." quoted from Mary Hunt's column dated Tue. March 28, 2006.
WAY TO GO TOM! Well, I had better check the stash, business may be
getting more brisk at Sweet Marias!
