Brazil Cup of Exc. #13 Nazareth Dias Pereira is awesome. I finally
got around to roasting this coffee. Becky came out this morning and
fixed herself a cup of KMB brewed Brazil Cup of Exc. #13 Nazareth Dias
Pereira. When I came in she said, "What is this?" She was impressed
and even wants me to make another pot this morning, great for some
stash reduction. Talk about depth, complexity, richness, and oh so
smooth, this is simply great coffee. When you go to the tempter's
site, you may want to give this one a try as well.

Les,
I couldn't agree more!
I bought a 5# er and roasted up a # of it for Easter morning. ;-)
1/2# @ City ++, the other, Full City. 72 hours rest.
The City ++ roast looked a little uneven and instead of coffee, I was
tasting a strong herbal tea, semi-sweet. As the mug cooled down it was more
coffee like, but with some citrus and honey. Very different cup of coffee
!!!
@ Full City, I was not getting any citrus but semi-sweet dark chocolate,
that was really tasty, but as the mug cooled, it was more milk chocolate
flavor than anything else.
Maybe I'll give Thom's recommendation to experience this @ a true City roas=
t
on my next batch.
It's nice having so many varieties in my stash bin. I like getting 3- 5#er'=
s
a month, there's *only* about 60#'s on my stash bin, but 11 varieties ;-)
