This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
DJ, I'm having trouble getting the software to work. I have Access 2003, and
I ran into many problems: 1. "blank" icon (I assume there should be a
picture of a coffee bean or something) 2. Can not open program. I keep
getting an error message saying, "
'C:\CoffeeRoasting.DB\CoffeeRoasting_be.mdb' is not a valid path. Please
make sure it is spelled correctly, and that you are connected to the server
on which the file resides". 3.  I can open the back end file, but that's it.
4. The only way that I can view the coffee bean icon is by specifically
opening the icon file with xml editor?!  Thanks in advance for your help.

Jeremy,
I replied with more detail to your direct e-mail (best method for
specific problems). If it's a general problem then I'll surface it to
the list. Looks like an installation problem.
