Hi all ... I am getting ready to head off the Guatemala on Monday AM,
(visting quite a few of the farms we currently have in stock: El Injerto,
Huixoc, Asobagri -the fair trade Huehuetenango- and Bella Carmona)
I have added much more information to the Degree of Roast Pictorial:http://www.sweetmarias.com/roasted.pict-guide.htmlI hope this is useful, and it is still a prject in the works. I hope to add
ground coffee images next to the SCAA/Agtron Roast Color Tiles soon
We also have some great new coffees in stock: the Finca El Injerto
mentioned above, and Nicaragua Canta Gallo, and a great Ethiopian Organic
Limmu, plue the review for the Costa Rican La Magnolia.
We have a wierd sork schedule this week: If you need to place a coffee
order this week, please do it by Monday AM! We are shipping as normal until
then sicne Jovan and Maria are working, Tues and Wed we can ship orders
that are simply for green coffee, because Sam is flying solo and he doesnt
pack orders with merchandise yet. Then Thurs & Fri we arent shipping at all
-totally closed down. Of course I will be tromping through the tropics -
hee hee!
