Topic: Received Exchange Bunn Today (33 lines)

I called Bunn last week when I realized that mine fell under the  
voluntary recall. I learned of it thanks to this list, by the way. :-)
The online submission form didn't work for my debit card for some  
reason, so I had to call them and place the order that way.
Since I've had this one for going 3 years, I decided to just go ahead  
and exchange it for a brand new Thermofresh for half the price. Now  
to pack the old one up and send it back. This is the one I keep at my  
office. I'll be taking my Thermometer in to check out the temp.  
Compare it to my other two Bunns.
FYI
The options were to:
1. Have them pick up the old one, fix it, and send it back, all for  
free; or
2. Buy any new model for half price.
Of course half price would behalf of the MSRP. They send you the new  
one, along with the shipping material and postage paid labels to  
return your old one in (same as what the new one arrived in). It took  
about a week to receive the new model.
