The New *Gethumbwini Peaberry * (medium acidity for a Kenya) that Tom
describes is very good as a single origin
espresso. The roasting method was the RK DRUM which allows me to have
Kenya's as single origin espresso.
It is fruited, plum, tropical fruit, and I get a sweetness of
caramel instead of dark brown sugar but that's from my taste buds
and I lack Tom's ability. Moka Pot and Vac pot was also excellent . I
think this is better than the first one
Tom sold and it was excellent.

Thanks for the report Doug! I am not sure how much longer I can stay
on stash reduction!

I had to order 10 pounds of this...Notice I said "had to." I still have a
couple pounds of the previous Gethumbwini. With the previous lot, I put 4
espresso shots and an equal part steamed milk in a nice big mug and
experienced perhaps the best coffee drink of my life. It was good as a
coffee, it was very nice in the KMB, but as an espresso drink it was out of
this world! If this coffee even comes close to comparing to the previous
lot, it is a must-have for your stash!
