This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
This is not a solicited ad, but I have just got to rave, once again, 
about hottop service. 
I bought my hottop several years ago from Tom and Maria, and I have 
loved it.  I had a few problems,  but they were instantly dealt with by 
Michael of Hottop USA.  Now, as I said, several years later, I wrote to 
Michael about, essentially, a blemish on the front cover.  I wrote to 
him last night (Friday night), and I had a response from him by early 
this morning (Saturday).  Now, Saturday midmorning, there is a 
resolution, and he is sending me a replacement part at no charge. 
I cannot imagine ever having better service.  So this is a loud hurrah 
for Sweet Marias, for their products, service, etc., and for Hottop 
USA.  Together, they have given me the best customer service I could 
ever ask for.
