Topic: Many Thanks Mike for the Up-Side-Down Coconut Rum Cake recipe and forcing us to jump into the homeroast list! (4 msgs / 46 lines)

We truly appreciate your response to our unenlightened coffee awareness!
Thanks to Sweet Maria's advice and Tom's fantastic travelogues and "cupping"
expertise, we feel like we're attending World Coffee Class 101 . . . and
all this time we thought we were really doing great cuz we were grinding our
own WHOLE BEANS!!! . . . well, hardly anybody else we know even does THAT!
I keep wondering if there is any place in the Phoenix area where one can buy
a REAL cup of coffee. I guess we will just have to start our own
experiments! SO, like Mike says, if any of you want to jump in with some of
your first hand experience, please do. We must also give a BIG Thank You to
Demian Ebert for telling us about Google's GMail. Thanks again! Nana Rose
and Grand Dad John . . . along our little Bichon Therapy Dog, Nikkee-Tu

You might try the Coffee Rush.
SE corner of Ray & Dobson in Chandler.
Moe, the owner, is very picky about the roast &
freshness of his beans.
Highly recommended.

WILL DO! But I gotta tell you, Grand Dad John will probably be more
interested in your Harley Softail than ANY cup of coffee . . . we're both
OLD BMW riders . . . our last rig was a Russian Ural with sidecar!
Looking forward to dropping by!
