I am so embarrassed and ashamed!
We are still making coffee in the Melitta $20.00 techniform look alike..
and still using the same Harrar Horse #30 that I roasted on June 6th and
ground into a big plastic snap top canister on June 7th!
This morning it was great!
It almost seems like I should break out the PGR and roast some just to
see if there is much difference.
Charlotte still likes it, and she is.. well..
the coffee critic who must be obeyed.
She likes Harrar the best of all Tom's coffee, and this is still wonderful.
I brought along the PGR, and the Mazzer Mini, but they are safely stored
in the basement of the fifth wheel.
Today the weather is cool.. about 85F I guess, almost chilly, but it is
spritzing rain.
I do hate to roast in the rain.
That is where a gas roaster would have it's advantage.
If it is sunny tomorrow I will roast some Harrar decaf. A gift for my
BIL and SIL since they only drink decaf.
Best to all,
PeterZ
