Not coffee beans of course, but chopping (not actually grinding, made the
title catchy though don't you think;-) roasted/toasted macadamia nuts that
went in with chopped dried cherries that went in after the flour/baking soda
with the creamed sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and almond extracts that went
in the Cherry Macadamia Nut Biscotti that is in the oven for it's first bake
to go with coffees this weekend. (already made blueberry toasted pecan
'scotti last night, container vac sealed to stay fresh of course;-)
Oh, I'm sure most if not all are familiar with Kitchen Aid mixer design.
Right side lever to lock, left side lever speed control. For the record it's
not necessarily a good idea to flip the left lever quickly far forward right
after adding the flour mistaking it for the lock lever (daydreaming about
what coffee to roast next I think). Unless of course you feel like
daydreaming about a ski vacation and flying powdered snow;-)
Now back to your regularly scheduled coffee banter.

Wow those sound amazing....makes me want to go learn how to make
biscotti...I would venture to guess they taste better than most you could
buy in the store?
