Topic: Just to clarify how i feel about the panama, and how great (39 lines)
1) From: Tom & Maria - Sweet Maria's Coffee
It's not for me, but for those who can and want to have it, we really
are lucky to have such a place as this to purchase our obsession. So
thanks Tom for the great coffee and the great prices, compared to the
offerings elswhere it really is a bargain.

"Good night, and Good Coffee"
Thanks - I guess I feel exactly the same way. And after all, Aged
Sumatra, Monsooned Malabar (or on the flip side, very balanced mild
coffees, island coffees etc) aren't for everyone. Super acidic
coffees aren't for everyone. So I think it all works out as long as
people make selections based on personal taste, which is, after all,
the most important thing. As I said, I feel a little shaky about
buying a lot at this price - but the cup, in this case, DOES hold up
to that kind of expectation. And I think that, judging from comments,
people are happy with it. What i would like to hear is the comparison
between the "exotic" flavor profile of the Gesha vs. the excellent
"Panamanian" character of the very bright Bambito and Carmen Estate
lots.
