Those fancy pours aren't too difficult. Just get your milk steamed with
small bubbles. Tap and swirl to get the bubbles even as possible. Start
pouring at one end of the cup until a white dot forms. Then heading toward
the other end of the cup make a series of S shaped squiggles. When you reach
the other end of the cup, or the cup is close to full, or you are starting
to run out of milk, draw a line through the squiggles toward the white dot.
You should have a rosetta design in your cup.
