Topic: OT: Amazon Re: +Couple of questions (3 msgs / 42 lines)

I'm beginning to hate Amazon. When I was looking for a KMB, I would find
one listed on amazon, try to purchase it, only to find that it was actually
referring to another company's site that really was really offering it and
that they were out of stock. I found this with some used books that I was
ordering too.
In my opinion, Amazon has taken a wrong turn by selling other company's
items. I went to purchase two copies of the same book thinking that the
shipping on the second book would be less. Turns out to be from two
different companies so they each wanted full shipping charges. This means
two tracking numbers, two delivery dates, two charges on the credit card,
etc. And, "Who the hell is charging my credit card? I bought something
from Amazon!"
Thanks for letting me get out my morning rant!

Does this mean that the KMB listed now is really NOT available?

It probably is available. Most of the KMBs that I found were not really
available even though they were listed. That one seems to let you add it to
your cart, so it should be available.
The KMBs are getting more and more expensive. I was able to find one for
$80 less than a year ago.
