This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
I roasted 2 batches of 250 grams of Miel just barely into second crack =
today. One batch was done in my HGDB setup, the other in my HotTop. I =
tried to get them as close as possible to the same degree of roast. =
They'll have a couple of days of rest behind them on Sunday when we do a =
blind tasting at the gathering at my house. Thanks for the idea, =
Demian!
Tomorrow night I'll bake a few goodies to go with the coffee. We should =
have about a dozen coffee roasters and friends there. Last minute =
rsvp's are ok - just write me off list.

I roasted two batchs of a Moka Java blend (Sumatra Classic Mandheling,
Uganda Bugisu, Ethiopian Harar Lot 19) both just a tad into 2nd for a nice
FC+ on Thursday evening. 250 grams in the SCTO and 150 in the iRoast.
They've been sitting offgassing and should be quite interesting by tomorrow.
This morning's project is a Monkey moka cheesecake for tomorrow. Thanks to
Mike for the recipie which I've tweaked just a bit.
I will toss the SCTO into the car so people can see how this thing works.
When I fired up the iRoast on Thursday I was amazed at how loud it is. It
hadn't been used since March.
