Always felt "We = don't need no stinkin thermometers" Recently I got one and I was right I = am frothing correctly just by experience. But in retrospect the = thermometer would have gotten me to this point a lot faster. So my = advice is if you are recently starting out making milk based espresso = drinks the 12 dollar or so investment is worth it.
