Heard about this on NPR on the way into work this morning, got a laugh =
out of it:
Taiwan Coffee Shops Warn About Dangers Of Caffeinehttp://www.allheadlinenews.com/articles/7004426418And I quote:
"Shops are placing red marks beside drinks with more than 200 mg of =
caffeine, yellow marks next to coffee beverages with 100-200 mg of the =
stimulant, and green marks beside drinks with less than 100 mg.
The Department of Health Bureau of Food Sanitation found in its research =
that large amounts of caffeine can cause dizziness and upset stomachs.
The report also says that excessive amounts of the stimulant can result =
in anxiety, bad moods and problems at work."
I THOUGHT THE OPPOSITE WAS TRUE - at least when i DON'T get my morning =
coffee!
later,
jason
