think). I need more experience to tell the difference between normal crema
and blonding.<
The 'Tools' arrival including the bottomless PF will not only allow you to
tune-up your tamping technique with hard to miss (wear an apron first shot
or two) immediate feed back, it will also allow you to 'see' when the
blonding is real or not (tiger-stripeing that is impossible to see with a
spouted PF). Nice machine.....I'm jealous.

Ditto congrats and very nice machine, enjoy!
But Mike, you know if you got a Brewtus within minutes you'd be yanking and
upgrading the boiler heaters, ripping out the vibe pump and outboarding a
rotary, replacing the 1C increment electronic brew boiler control with PID
for 0.1F shot temp control, and of course direct plumbing! I'd expect
nothing less and then I'd be jealous:-)

Guess the only thing left would be to redesign the outside to resemble the
Bric in styling. Of course one could Cloisonné the entire thing or even gild
it.

Or we could copper plate it and put an eagle on top and mount the whole
thing on a marble slab

Damn!
You guys are sure good at developing game plans for a
project........gonna have to think about this some more. If I could
just finish up the current project - - - -.
